The three parts of the apprenticeship

Related Supplemental Instruction

Delivered by a participating college training partner. Safety, systems fundamentals, inspection procedure, documentation standards, and customer reporting.

On-the-job training

Paid hours with a partner employer, working on live solar arrays and charging sites under supervision and mentorship.

SMaRTech certification

Competency-based assessment leading to industry-recognized certification for solar and EVSE maintenance technicians.
